The Wellcare Reduced Sugar Strawberry Flavour Dessert Mix is a complete powder mix requiring the addition of water and whisking to produce a light and fluffy dessert.

Pour cold water into a mixing bowl of at least 4 litres capacity.
Add the quantity of powder required.
Whisk on LOW speed for about 30 seconds until combined.
Scrape down. Whisk on HIGH speed for 2 minutes or until thick and creamy.
Leave the product to thicken for approximately 5 minutes and then portion into serving dishes.
Store in refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
