Part of the range of hassle free ambient dessert and bakery mixes which has been developed to help Healthcare operators cater for a range of dietary requirements. The Wellcare Reduced Sugar Complete Custard Mix is a complete powder mix requiring the addition of water to produce a smooth consistency and a sweet creamy vanilla flavour. Perfect served with cake, fruit or pies or chilled and set for us in cold desserts such as trifles.

Blend the required amount of custard mix with sufficient cold water to form a smooth paste.
Bring the rest of the water to the boil.
Gently whisk the paste into the boiling water. Bring back to the boil, stirring continuously until custard thickens. DO NOT OVERCOOK.

Corn Starch, Whey Powder (MILK), Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Skimmed MILK Powder, Calcium Carbonate, Vegetable Oil (Palm), Flavouring, Modified Potato Starch, MILK Protein, Colour: Carotenes; Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.
